Since 2018, Brownwood Construction LLC has been proudly serving Tangipahoa Parish and the surrounding communities. As a locally owned and operated residential and commercial contractor, our mission has always been simple: build unique, high-quality projects that bring lasting value to families and neighborhoods.
This fall, we’re inviting YOU, our community, to help us decide our next showcase project. As a thank you for your continued support, one lucky participant will also win a custom remodel!
How It Works
From September 28 through October 2, 2025, visit Brownwood Construction LLC’s Facebook page or our website at www.brownwoodconstructionllc.com to cast your vote:
- Option 1: A refreshed laundry room designed for more than just clothes – a functional, stress-free space for everyday living.
- Option 2: An organized pantry with room for small appliances, easy-to-reach storage, and clutter-free countertops, making family meals easier and more enjoyable.
Every vote counts! At the end of the contest, we’ll tally the results, and on October 3, 2025, one participant will be randomly selected as the WINNER of a custom remodel.
Contest Rules
- Brownwood Construction LLC will provide all labor and design services for the project (valued at $600–$800).
- The winner is responsible for the cost of materials.
- Contest is open to homeowners in Tangipahoa Parish and surrounding areas.
